As a tenant, you are automatically placed in the vehicle location queue. There is a vehicle location queue regardless of where in Halmstad you wish to rent parking space or a garage. You are entitled to apply for a vehicle location anywhere you want, but if you apply outside of your neighbourhood, a 25% VAT will be added to your monthly rent.
